Payments and checkout

Move from cart to paid order without losing the thread.

E-November connects the customer checkout to payment creation and the merchant order record. Shoppers complete payment through the configured secure provider flow, while merchants can see whether an order is pending, paid, failed, or needs attention.

02

03

Status connected

Keep payment state alongside the order and operational history.

Checkout belongs to the merchant storefront

The shopper starts from the merchant’s own store address, reviews the cart, provides the required delivery information, and creates the order from that storefront context.

Payment success and cancellation destinations are built around the current merchant store so a buyer is not sent to an unrelated shared storefront after leaving the payment provider.

Pending payments remain recoverable

A shopper may close the payment tab or return later. When a valid payment link is still available, the order experience can expose it again rather than forcing the customer to create a duplicate order.

The merchant dashboard also keeps payment identifiers and statuses tied to the relevant order for operational follow-up.

  • Pending, paid, failed, and refunded states
  • Provider payment reference
  • Reopenable payment link when available
  • Payment events associated with the order

Launch checks protect the public checkout

Store setup separates account approval, payment readiness, delivery readiness, catalog readiness, storefront readiness, and test checkout review. Public checkout can be held back until the required launch work is complete.
